Jeffrey W. Allen
Jeff graduated with a degree in automotive technologies. After graduation he went to various auto dealers to further his automotive knowledge, including a certificate for Bosch fuel injection. In 1998 he started working for David Loring part time on small projects, gearboxes, suspension etc .In 1999 he started working full time for David Loring Racing. Together with David, they completed many projects including a 356 Porsche for the Pan/ American Race, Lola Indy Lights car, Lotus23, Chevron B19, Ralt RT-1, Nissan 240 SX Firehawk, Formula Ford, 2006 Tiga Camel Light Championship car (vintage series), 2007 Spice GTP championship car (vintage series) currently running 1994 Spice GTP and Mazda RX-7 also in vintage series. These are a few of their successful projects, with more in the works.
John Miller
John Miller comes to David Loring Racing as a certified A&P mechanic and as one with years of racing experience. A graduate of SUNY Oneonta and East Coast Aero Tech, Miller began his career in Fort Lauderdale working for both Pomperdale Flyers and Artlip Aircraft servicing, repairing and maintaining Engstrom helicopters in the late seventies.

Raised in Marblehead MA, once the world center of Formula Vee and Formula Ford racing. Met David Loring at Autodynamics Racing. Went to my first race Watkins Glen GP in 1969.
1970-73 Worked for Engine Technology, a purveyor of Hawk racing cars, and exotic car service.
1972 Worked for Reeves Callaway on his Super Vee effort.
1973-75 Built racing engines and early turbo charging installations at Doug Fraser Racing Engines.
1975-76 Worked with Paul Glynn, at Glynn Enterprises, on exotic cars.
1976 – present. Has worked for Jim Mullen for 32 years on his IMSA, historic, and vintage race cars. Most recently 3 seasons in Europe with Group C Racing. Jim has owned dozens of race cars, including four Spice prototypes, March, Mazda, Alba, Cooper, Lotus, Lister, Brabham, Elva.
